This describes what Plubo AI collects when you use our website and API, and what we do with it.
When you call the API we process the contents of your request — prompts, and any images or audio — in order to generate a response. We do not train on your prompts or completions, we do not log them, and we do not sell or share them.
Request and response bodies are held in memory for the length of the request. Our gateway never writes them to disk, and request logging is disabled on the inference servers.
What we do keep is operational metadata containing no prompt or completion content: timestamp, API key name, model, token counts, status code, latency, IP address, and — when a request fails — the machine-readable error code we returned. We keep it for reliability, abuse prevention and billing.
Plubo does not own datacentres. Inference runs on GPUs we rent from third-party providers, and those machines are operated by their owners, not by us. We configure them not to log requests, and traffic between our gateway and them is encrypted.
We cannot audit the physical hosts, so we do not claim zero data retention. If your work requires a guarantee that no third party could ever access request content, a rented-GPU provider — ours or anyone else's — is not the right choice for it.
The playground on our homepage sends your messages to the same API and is handled the same way. We do not use third-party advertising trackers anywhere on the site.
If you email us for an API key or with a question, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and tell you about changes to the Service.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that host the Service, and where the law requires it.
Request and response bodies are not stored by us, so we hold nothing to delete. The metering records that invoices are built from — timestamps, model, token counts, status codes — we keep as accounting data. Where a request came from the keyless demo on this site rather than from an API key, that metering record identifies the caller by IP address, and we keep it for as long as we keep the rest. Web server logs, which also include IP addresses, rotate automatically and are kept for at most 90 days. To ask us to delete data associated with you, write to the address below.
