This describes what Plubo AI collects when you use our website and API, and what we do with it.
When you call the API we process the contents of your request — prompts, and any images or audio — in order to generate a response. Request and response bodies are processed transiently for inference and are never logged and never used for training. We keep ordinary operational records: timestamps, model, token counts, status codes and IP addresses, for reliability, abuse prevention and billing.
The playground on our homepage sends your messages to the same API and is handled the same way. We do not use third-party advertising trackers anywhere on the site.
If you email us for an API key or with a question, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and tell you about changes to the Service.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that host the Service, and where the law requires it.
Request and response bodies are never written to disk, so there is nothing to delete. The metering records that invoices are built from — timestamps, model, token counts, status codes — we keep as accounting data. Where a request came from the keyless demo on this site rather than from an API key, that metering record identifies the caller by IP address, and we keep it for as long as we keep the rest. Web server logs, which also include IP addresses, rotate automatically and are kept for at most 90 days. To ask us to delete data associated with you, write to the address below.
