These terms govern your use of the Plubo AI website and API (“the Service”), operated by Plubo AI (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.
We provide hosted inference for machine learning models over an HTTP API. The Service is early: models, features, pricing and rate limits may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Your use must also comply with the licence terms of the underlying models, including the Gemma Terms of Use for Gemma-family models.
You keep all rights to what you send us and to what the model sends back. We claim no ownership of either.
Usage-based pricing is published on our website. While we are ramping, access may be provided at no charge; we will give notice before any account starts being billed.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Model output is generated automatically and may be wrong; you are responsible for checking it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or threatens the integrity of the Service.
We may update these terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
